We're hiring a Travel Sales Support Executive for a dynamic travel company in West London (hybrid or office-based), offering a salary of around 30k + bonus + private healthcare. If you have strong Galileo ticketing experience and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this varied role offers the chance to support busy sales and operations teams with essential ticketing and admin tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Issue, reissue, and refund air tickets in Galileo
Manage and run reports for the department
Prepare and send travel documentation (car hire, transfers, excursions, cruise tickets, etc.)
Dispatch schedule change notifications to clients
Troubleshoot and resolve in-house booking queries
Quality control: review and check bookings for accuracy
Handle brochure reports and manage dispatch/returns
Liaise with operations, ground services, and product teams
Respond to agent and client queries post-booking
What We're Looking For:
Galileo expertise is essential
Previous ticketing experience in a travel environment
A strong team player with a proactive, "can-do" attitude
Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Excellent attention to detail and a passion for customer service
Strong written and verbal communication skills
