Travel Specialist - Workplace Services TJX Europe



Location:

Watford, Herts (Hybrid) | Full-time | Occasional UK/EU Travel


TJX Europe is seeking a

Travel Specialist within Workplace Services

to support and evolve our European travel program. This role is ideal for someone with deep technical knowledge of travel systems, supplier management, and project delivery--who thrives in a fast-paced, stakeholder-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities



Operational Oversight

: Manage day-to-day travel program operations, ensuring alignment with corporate policy and service level expectations.

Supplier Management

: Support the TMC & M&E tender process, maintain strong relationships with travel suppliers, and monitor performance against SLAs.

Project Delivery

: Lead or contribute to strategic travel initiatives, including hotel program reviews and regional consistency projects.

Emergency Support

: Provide responsive support during travel disruptions or critical incidents.

Stakeholder Engagement

: Collaborate with internal teams (Admin, Finance, Corporate Security) to ensure seamless travel operations and compliance.

Technical Skills & Experience



5-7 years' experience in

corporate travel management

, ideally within a multi-market environment. Strong working knowledge of

online booking tools

,

GDS platforms

, and

travel reporting systems

. Experience with

project/program management

and supplier performance tracking. Familiarity with

hotel rate loading

,

airfare construction

, and

meetings management

(preferred). Proficiency in

MS Office

, especially Excel for data analysis and reporting.
