To support its Treasury and Capital Markets team, Mileway is currently hiring a Treasury Analyst - Reporting.


The Treasury and Capital Markets team looks after Mileway's global liquidity, funding, debt, investments and hedging. We interact with a wide range of internal and external business partners, including financial institutions and Mileway's investor, on a range of topics, covering cash management, bank account management, acquisition finance, disposals, debt capital markets and derivatives.


We're looking for an experienced

Treasury Analyst

to join our debt reporting team. Reporting to the Reporting Manager (London), you'll be a key part of the team responsible for quarterly financial covenant calculations, lender management reports and monthly cash waterfalls, as well as internal administration of the loans across various platforms. The creation and administration of these reports requires a great deal of coordination with many stakeholders, including property managers, asset managers, and other corporate teams such as Accounting, Financial Planning and Analysis and the Portfolio Management team. Outside of the leading on reporting obligations, you will be responsible for leading the coordination of various items related to the loans with the facility agents and Blackstone Capital Markets team

What you'll do


Play a key role in coordinating with and creating materials to be shared with all internal and external stakeholders, incl:

+ Facility / security agents
+ Lenders
+ Blackstone
+ Internal stakeholders incl. Group Control, Investment Accounting, FPA and Portfolio Management

Key activities will include:

+ Quarterly bank reporting process incl. Quarterly Management Reporting and Financial Covenant Calculations
+ Monthly system updates to ensure records of deals are current across the data landscape
+ Monthly waterfall and cashflow updates, to ensure sufficient funds are in place ahead of IPD, with excess released to company
+ Monthly/Quarterly reconciliations of IPDs, interest notices, costs and fees
+ Calculate and reconcile quarterly interest with agents' notices and internal platforms, ensuring accurate monthly accruals and principal balance reconciliations.
+ Annual bank valuation process

Additionally, other activities include: + Post-close (re)-financing, ensuring all relevant documents are received and reviewed, and included in bank reporting calendar
+ Integrate and support the disposal process for assets that are financed, ensuring their impact on bank reporting is considered and in line with financing agreements
+ Support Mileway stakeholders with the acquisition process as required and ensure purchases are coordinated in line with financing agreements
+ Collaborate with our technology teams to optimize processes across the business, focus on improving the use of our data sources and reporting tools such as Power BI
+ Other reporting elements
+ Contribute to Management reporting to Management, incl. C-Suite and Blackstone, on deal performance and key metrics.
+ Alignment with Portfolio Management to related deal performance back to country performance. Develop trends and scenario analysis across the portfolio
+ Maintaining an overview of each portfolio and allocated loan amounts, tracking repayments through disposals and drawdowns



What you'll bring


University degree in Accounting/Finance (CFA, ACCA, CIMA is an asset) Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar field; experience in real estate finance or bank reporting is a strong plus Proficiency with MS Office standard applications incl. Power BI Experience with Treasury Management Systems, preferable Integrity (FIS) and ERP systems (Yardi) is a plus Ability to comprehend legal financing agreements Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills Positive attitude, adaptive mindset and hands-on approach to problem solving Solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving aptitude Highly organized, self-motivated, and a supportive team player Detail orientated with the ability to see the big picture Capable of handling and prioritizing a wide range of tasks and challenges Able to work independently while excelling in team collaboration Curious, enthusiastic, and eager to learn and develop Ability to perform under pressure, prioritize effectively, and execute tasks efficiently High energy, positive attitude, and flexibility Strong sense of ownership, accountability and urgency
