About the role
Our Treasury team members are among the first in the company to get involved in new business initiatives that shape how we grow and scale. They help set up our payment and financial risk management infrastructure by working across functions, products, and regions to centrally manage risks.
We're looking for a Liquidity Treasury Manager to collaborate closely with the team and provide coverage and support across the full spectrum of assets, liabilities, and capital management.

What you'll be doing
Managing liquidity risk for Revolut in Australia, from planning and forecasting through to front-end execution
Enhancing, building out, and embedding liquidity management frameworks
Developing deep insight into liquidity movement and related risk management
Building and maintaining models and methodologies for liquidity forecasting
Supporting the development of new products by advising on capital and liquidity requirements
Managing and optimising ongoing liquidity adequacy
Integrating a warehouse funding facility to support unsecured credit growth
Ensuring we meet partner bank and internal reporting requirements
Supporting business decision making and associated liquidity actions
Overseeing daily cash flows, maintaining adequate cash buffers, and efficiently deploying surplus cash to support operational and strategic liquidity needs
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge and understanding of liquidity regulation requirements
Providing input to key regulatory processes, such as the ILAAP and RP/LCP
Owning the development, production, and management of the monthly ALCO review process
What you'll need
An analytical, logical, and structured mindset
Great problem-solving skills
The ability to break down complex issues into their component parts, identify the root cause, and create elegant solutions
An independent mindset, up to tackle any challenge
A solid understanding of global financial markets, products, and key treasury concepts
Experience in a financial institution or fintech (preferably within a treasury, finance, or risk function)
Nice to have
Experience with SQL
