Job Description

Working closely with the Director of Treasury, this role will take ownership of the Group's cash operations, including daily liquidity monitoring, forecasting, and settlement activities, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and control. The successful candidate will bring a track record of driving efficiencies by identifying opportunities for process optimisation and automation, helping to strengthen controls, reduce errors, and improve overall performance.

  • Take day-to-day ownership of the Group's cash and liquidity management, ensuring accurate positioning of global bank accounts and timely execution of settlements.
  • Develop, maintain, and refine short- and medium-term cash flow forecasts, providing insight to support funding decisions and working capital planning.
  • Ensure treasury operations are executed with strong controls, compliance, and governance in place, safeguarding the integrity of processes and data.
  • Support the delivery of the Group's financial risk management framework, including monitoring exposures, analysing impacts, and assisting with hedging activity where required.
  • Act as a key point of contact for banking partners and internal stakeholders, coordinating funding, investments, and treasury-related queries.
  • Drive initiatives to improve efficiency across the function, including automation, system enhancements, and process standardisation.
  • Prepare regular reporting and analysis for senior leadership, highlighting trends, variances, and recommendations on liquidity and risk matters.
  • Contribute to treasury-related projects, such as financing transactions, system implementations, or policy updates, ensuring smooth execution and stakeholder engagement.

A successful Treasury Manager should have:
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, for reporting and analysis.
  • 3-5 years' relevant treasury or cash management experience in a complex environment.
  • Clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal.
  • Degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or a related field; treasury qualifications an asset.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy, with a proactive, solution-focused approach.
  • Dependable team player who can also work independently when needed.
