Closing Date: 20th May 2025What to expectAs a Treasury Manager you will join us on our journey and undertake a valuable role as a key member of the Treasury team you will be responsible for contributing to the delivery of functional objectives, always modelling the Post Office behaviours, demonstrating a Postmaster first mindset.The Treasury Manager will primarily be responsible for assisting the Senior Treasury Manager with BAU activities as well as project work to ensure efficient processes and procedures are in place to streamline operational activity and achieve greater straight through processing.The core accountabilities will include consistently demonstrating the organisations behaviours, embracing diversity and driving a culture of inclusion and continuous improvement. Advise and contribute to key projects, taking ownership of planning and delivery for the area of responsibility, with an appreciation of wider issues impacting Post Office. Seek and act on feedback from colleagues and customers to drive continuous improvement of processes, systems, and ways of working. Follow functional policies, best practice, and procedures, with a good understanding of regulations, legislation, and compliance relevant to business area.   • Educated to a degree standard
  • TMS experience - preferably FIS Integrity
  • Proven experience in a similar Treasury Operations role
  • Experience with accounting software such as SAP and Blackline
  • Excellent experience within Treasury with high value cashflows
  • Proven experience collaborating with peers, colleagues, and stakeholders to contribute to the delivery of functional strategy to achieve business objectives.
  • Experience in establishing successful, cross-functional stakeholder relationships.
  • Demonstrable experience of leading on the delivery of project milestones to achieve key objectives.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt communication styles and collaborate cross-functionally to drive successful outcomes and business decisions.
  • A trusted advisor with the ability to apply knowledge of their own specialism as well as knowledge of related areas.
  • Commercial business acumen with the ability to make data-driven business decisions.
  • Displays a passion for pursuing personal development opportunities and expanding industry knowledge.
  • Demonstrates a strong commitment to upholding the values and principles of Post Office.
