About the role
We're seeking a strategic, commercially astute, results-driven Treasury Manager to join our High Street Finance team, based at our Support Centre in Swindon.
In this role you'll be managing a small treasury team and overseeing all aspects of the treasury function, including daily cashflow management, timely and secure processing of domestic and international payments, and maintaining strong banking relationships. Key responsibilities will include;
Managing daily cashflow, including updating actuals and processing payments
Preparing weekly and monthly journals
Monthly bank reconciliations
Overseeing timely, secure, and authorised domestic and international payment processing
Maintaining banking relationships and managing bank accounts and signatories
Ensuring all banking documentation (e.g. KYC, FATCA, mandates) is accurate and up to date, while identifying opportunities to improve working capital and reduce costs
Managing relationships with card acquirers, payment service providers, cash carriers, and cash processors
Overseeing chargebacks, collection schedules, and cashflow optimisation
Leading RFPs/tenders, managing budgets and forecasts, and reporting on related services
Identifying new payment acceptance opportunities and maintaining key banking relationships (e.g. Barclays, HSBC, BNPP & STB)

Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with 2+ years PQE
Proven treasury experience, excellent business acumen, and exposure to operational transactions
Solid understanding of automation processes to streamline workload
Excellent presentation, communication, and teamwork abilities; comfortable interacting at all business levels
Strong Microsoft Excel abilities (including Macros) and high overall IT literacy
