We have an exciting opportunity for a Treasury Reconciliation Administrator to provide support to the FSSC Treasury Team.

Location: Flexible, hybrid with occasional travel to Salford, Manchester as required
Business Unit: Kier Group Services
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent and able to consider part-time opportunities

Key Responsibilities

Reporting into our Accounts Payable Team Leader, this role will also involve, but not be limited to:

  • Preparation of Bank account reconciliation and maintenance
  • Preparation & posting of journals (Oracle) and journal register
  • Banking Administration activities
  • Liaise with OTC and PTP teams when managing queries
  • Ensure all management information is reported in a timely and accurate manner
  • Maintain clear, and precise records to ensure an adequate audit trail
  • Liaison with all Kier entities both FSSC and Business Units
What are we looking for?

A driven, customer-focused individual with good knowledge of core financial systems and accounting procedures. You\xe2\x80\x99ll be proficient in MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel and focused on creating value for the business. You\xe2\x80\x99ll also have good knowledge of FSSC systems and processes with an ability to adapt within a service cultured environment and able to break down processes to identify.
