Treasury Risk Lead - Associate


Job Level: Associate





We're seeking someone to join our Treasury Risk team as an Associate in the Finance Risk and Assurance to support key risk initiatives, collaborate across teams, and grow into a future leader in the field.





In the Finance division, we act as a partner to business units around the globe by providing management, review, analysis and advisory services of the Firm's financial and capital resources. This is an Associate within our Risk, Assurance, Governance & Control job family which provides oversight and monitoring of operational risk or third party/outsourcing for the global Finance division, validation and testing of financial and regulatory reports and reinforcement of regulatory requirements, policies and procedures.

What you'll do in the role:

Collaborate with a varied group of colleagues in Finance and across the Firm. Responsible for both individual and team deliverables and projects, leveraging knowledge of Finance functional area, tools and/or products. Adhere to the Firm's risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls. Act as a culture carrier; embody the Firm's values and hold yourself accountable to Firm standards. Help prepare risk reports and insights for senior stakeholders.


Support Finance in delivering key risk activities like Risk & Control Self Assessment, Business Continuity, Compliance, and Information Security.


Monitor risk incidents and controls, and assist in identifying trends and solutions.


Contribute ideas to improve how we manage risk across Finance.


Work with cross-functional teams on exciting risk-related projects

What you'll bring to the role:

Working knowledge of Finance functional area, industry and competitive environment. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, and adapt to various audiences. Willingness to seek guidance and provide feedback to further develop self and peers.


Knows their way around Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with tools like Power BI or Alteryx is a bonus.


Is committed to personal development and thrives in a fast-paced environment.


Holds a relevant degree or is working toward a professional qualification (e.g., CA, ACCA, CIMA)


Has an understanding of risk and Finance processes (we'll help you grow!).


At least 2 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role
