Role Overview

As a Treating Clinic Manager, you will play a dual role: delivering results-driven aesthetic treatments while leading the day-to-day operations of the clinic. This role is ideal for a hands- on, commercially minded professional who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical & Client-Facing

Deliver aesthetic treatments (e.g. HydraFacial, skin peels, SkinPen, CoolSculpting Elite) with expert care Conduct consultations and skincare assessments Maintain up-to-date product and treatment knowledge Promote and sell skincare products and treatment plans
Leadership & Management

Lead, mentor, and manage a small team of therapists Manage scheduling, staffing, and daily operations Ensure compliance with company policies and clinical protocols Uphold high standards of hygiene, safety, and client careCommercial & Business Monitor and drive KPIs (revenue, rebooking, retail conversion) Take ownership of clinic performance and profitability Lead promotional events and in-store activations (e.g. in John Lewis) Report regularly to the Regional Manager on clinic metrics

Required Qualifications & Experience

NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Beauty Therapy (essential) At least 2 years' experience in aesthetics or skin-focused treatments Experience leading or supervising a team preferred Strong communication and client service skills Commercially aware with a track record of hitting sales or treatment targets
