Treatment and Recycling Plant Operative

NappiCycle Limited - Ammanford

Working as part of a small team in a specialist treatment and recycling facility, you will be required to demonstrate the ability to drive forklifts and tele-handlers safely (training will be provided, if required) to process materials and outputs. Other tasks within your role may entail sorting materials, de-packaging, helping to unload vehicles and making use of the plant, equipment and any other related projects while always maintaining good housekeeping.

As a rapidly expanding business we are seeking a highly motivated individual who is receptive to NVQ training and a keen mind to learn and adapt with our unique operation. The right individual will have the opportunity to grow with our business development plans and further opportunities with extended education in this field.

Working Hours and Rates

As part of the team, you will be required to work on a 4 on 4 off rota system, alternating between a 12-hour day and night shift. Day shift runs from 6am to 6pm and night shift runs from 6pm to 6am.

Average salary is 36,000, per year.
