Treatment Coordinator Role - Bedale Dental Practice

Bedale Dental Practice is a predominantly private, 4-surgery clinic that prides itself on utilising the latest technology and advancements in dental care to ensure our patients receive the best possible treatment.

We are currently undergoing a

major refurbishment to further enhance our facilities

--including a surgery expansion and a brand new,

purpose-built Treatment Coordinator (TCO) office.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, guiding them through their dental journey Provide detailed treatment explanations and financial options to patients Coordinate treatment plans, ensuring smooth scheduling and patient satisfaction Maintain accurate patient records and manage follow-up communications Support clinical teams with implant and sedation procedures where needed (preferred but not essential) Work collaboratively with the team to promote high standards of patient care and satisfaction Uphold rigorous standards of infection control and patient safety Utilise the dedicated TCO room to create a comfortable and private setting for patient consultations

Ideal Candidate:

Experienced Treatment Coordinator GDC registration due to scanning Passionate about patient care with a proactive and reliable attitude Strong communication and organisational skills Ability to work efficiently as part of a close-knit team Keen interest in advanced dental treatments
