What we're looking for:

We're seeking someone who thrives in a

sales-focused environment

and is ready to guide patients with empathy and confidence. You must have:

A minimum of 2 years' experience in a sales-based role

(essential) Proven ability to convert enquiries into sales and handle objections professionally Excellent communication skills - both face to face and over the phone A warm, approachable manner and the ability to build trust quickly Strong organisational skills and attention to detail A calm and professional attitude Self-motivation, initiative, and confidence in managing your own workload

Key responsibilities:

As Treatment Coordinator, you will be the link between patients and clinicians, ensuring every patient journey begins with clarity, confidence, and care:

Attending consultations with clinicians to support and guide patients Preparing and clearly explaining treatment plans, pricing, and options Gaining consent and ensuring patients fully understand next steps Organising and discussing payment plans, including finance options Encouraging patients to join our Practice Plan Monitoring consultation-to-treatment conversion rates and identifying areas to improve Tracking patient journeys and ensuring all new patients receive the best possible start Liaising with clinicians to keep patient journeys smooth and joined-up Supporting the reception team and assisting with administrative duties where needed

37 per week, with flexibility for occasional overtime

13.50 per hour
