About the role:
We are looking for anew talent to take up a key role in our programme, providing extraordinary customer-centric service, and contributing to business growth and development.
The treatment coordinator will be responsible for customers' experiences throughout their journey from the first enquiry until the completion of their egg freezing treatment. Working closely with our highly experienced clinical team, treatment coordinator will engage with customers at a compassionate and professional level to provide a tailored treatment plan to meet each customer' needs and to maximize customer satisfaction.
Job specification:
Establish a compassionate environment by providing excellent experience to Elective Egg Freezing customers and enquiries.
Be the first point of contact for new and existing customers and to provide exceptional expert and compassionate service.
Create and maintain a proactive process that supports the customer journey.
Identify opportunities to continuously improve customer experience.
To maximise conversions to treatment by providing relevant information to aid customer decision making process.

Strong communication and organisational skills
Attention to detail
Ability to multitask, and know how to prioritize daily activities, while following the established protocols and procedures
Ability to manage deadlines and meeting targets
Knowledge/Skills/Experience:
Demonstrated knowledge of Customer Experience related work
Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to procedures and protocols
Qualifications:
Medical Administrator: 1 year (Preferred)
Sales and Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
