We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Treatment Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing patient treatment plans and ensuring a seamless experience from initial consultation through to treatment completion. This position requires strong organisational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both patients and the clinical team.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient treatment schedules and appointments, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, addressing inquiries and providing information regarding treatment options.
- Assist in the preparation of treatment plans, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
- Maintain patient records in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Collaborate with dental professionals to ensure that all aspects of patient care are delivered effectively.
- Follow up with patients post-treatment to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss patient progress and improve service delivery.
-Manage and grow our social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
- Support the practice's marketing goals by running targeted social media campaigns.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an office environment, preferably within a healthcare or dental setting.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
- Proficient in using office software and managing electronic health records.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
- A compassionate approach towards patient care, demonstrating empathy and understanding at all times.
