We are seeking a dedicated Treatment Coordinator to join our DENTAL healthcare team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing patient treatment plans, coordinating appointments, and ensuring a seamless patient experience. Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for patients regarding treatment plans and scheduling
Coordinate appointments, follow-ups, and necessary procedures efficiently
Communicate treatment options and financial arrangements clearly to patients
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using office management software
Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure smooth workflow and patient care continuity
Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and handling correspondence
Support patients through their treatment journey by providing exceptional customer service
Experience
Previous Dental Nursing experience is
essential
, ideally within a private or NHS dental setting. Understanding of dental treatments and procedures would be essential to fulfil this position successfully.* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in office management software and basic computer applications
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
Attention to detail and a compassionate approach towards patient care
