About the Role

Our luxury Dental Lounge practice in Llandaff is seeking an organised and personable

Treatment Coordinator/Receptionist

to become the first point of contact for our patients.

This is a key front-of-house role combining

patient journey management

with

reception duties

. You will guide patients through their treatment options, provide clear explanations of procedures and fees, and ensure every patient receives a welcoming, seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome patients and create a professional, friendly first impression Explain treatment plans and finance options, ensuring patients fully understand their choices Manage the booking of consultations and follow-up appointments Coordinate communication between patients, clinicians and the wider dental team Handle telephone/email enquiries, take payments and maintain accurate records Support with general administrative tasks as needed
Requirements

Previous experience in a dental or healthcare setting is

highly desirable

Excellent communication and patient-care skills with a warm, professional manner Confidence in discussing clinical treatments and financial options (full training provided) Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail Competent in IT systems for scheduling and record-keeping Ability to commute to or relocate near Llandaff, Cardiff
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From 12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 21 per week
