We are looking for a well motivated and experienced Treatment Coordinator/Dental Nurse to join our friendly team in a 5 surgery private practice in the centre of Selby. The treatment coordinator will play a vital role in supporting all of our patients in their treatment journeys. You will be the patients primary contact, booking appointments, providing consultations and guiding them through their treatment options and working directly with our dentists to create a bespoke treatment plan.
You will be responsible for making sure treatments and services are promoted within practice, running various social media accounts and creating professional engaging content. Ensuring continued growth in the online presence of all social media platforms and maximising lead generation.
Requirements:
GDC registered
Experience of SoE EXACT desirable
Previous experience in a TCO role
Reception experience is preferable, but training can be given
2 years dental nursing experience (preferred)
Radiography desirable
Implant nursing experience desirable
Providing chair-side assistance to dentists and hygiene therapist
Ensuring the care and welfare of patients to a high standard
Ensuring there is adequate stocks of materials and other items within the surgery
Excellent communication skills
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Experience with photography, videography and editing to a high standard desirable
