Treatment Coordinator/Receptionist
to join our team and support patients throughout their journey to achieving their ideal smile.
The Role
As a Treatment Coordinator/Receptionist, you will act as the main point of contact for patients during their treatment journey. This is a key role within the practice, ensuring patients feel informed, supported, and confident in their treatment decisions from consultation through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
Patient Care & Communication:
Build strong relationships with patients, answering questions and addressing concerns regarding treatment plans.
Treatment Coordination:
Clearly explain treatment options, procedures, costs, and timelines in a professional and reassuring manner.
Financial Coordination:
Support patients in understanding payment and financing options.
Appointment Scheduling:
Arrange and coordinate treatment appointments to ensure smooth and efficient patient flow.
Patient Follow-Ups:
Proactively manage follow-up communications after consultations and procedures.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with dentists, hygienists, and administrative staff to maximise patient satisfaction and practice efficiency.
Record Management:
Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date patient records.

Essential Skills & Experience
Previous experience in a dental or healthcare environment (preferred).
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures (training provided if required).
Confident using dental software and general IT systems.
