Role & Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, addressing inquiries and providing information regarding treatment options.
Coordinate patient appointments, ensuring efficient scheduling and follow-up.
Assist in preparing treatment plans and explaining procedures to patients clearly and compassionately.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
Collaborate with dental professionals to ensure cohesive communication regarding patient care.
Provide exceptional customer service, fostering a welcoming environment for all patients.
Keep the practice clean and hygienic, taking initiative where needed.
Follow protocols and procedures (full induction provided).
Take impressions, iTero scans, and clinical photographs.
Support reception duties: answering calls, booking appointments, handling payments, and patient queries.
Requirements
Orthodontic background
/ Dental Nurse (preferred)
Right to work in the UK.
Previous office experience is essential, preferably within a healthcare or dental setting.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with patients and team members.
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail, enabling the management of multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficient in using office software and technology to maintain records and facilitate communication.
A compassionate approach towards patient care, demonstrating empathy and understanding at all times.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated to complete individual tasks efficiently.
