Role Overview

We are currently seeking a motivated, tech-savvy, and personable

Treatment Coordinator

to join our growing team. This is an ideal role for someone with a hospitality background who is passionate about customer care and ready to grow their career in the dental and aesthetic space.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver a 5-star, concierge-level patient journey from first contact to final follow-up Coordinate treatment plans, appointments, and financial discussions with patients Support clinical teams with digital systems, scheduling, and case tracking Engage with patients both in person and via digital platforms, including social media Maintain accurate records using dental software and CRM tools Represent the clinic brand with professionalism, warmth, and confidence

Ideal Candidate Profile

Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is essential Comfortable and confident using dental software and digital tools (tech-savvy) Enthusiastic and open to appearing in social media content Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proactive, organised, and adaptable UK-qualified or equivalent with right to work in the UK Previous dental experience is mandatory
