Treatment Co-ordinator / Sales Co-ordinator

to join our growing team at

The Barn Skin o Body o Soul

This is a front-of-house and client-care focused role, perfect for someone who loves people, thrives in a luxury environment, and enjoys being part of a small business with big goals.

This position is

3-4 days per week

(with Saturdays), with

full-time potential

for the right person.

The Role

You will be the heart of our clinic -- welcoming clients, supporting the team and helping to drive the business forward. Your role will combine reception, sales, marketing support and clinic organisation.

Your responsibilities will include:

Welcoming clients and delivering a 5-star front-of-house experience Managing bookings, phone calls, emails and client enquiries Recommending treatments, memberships and treatment plans Following up leads and converting enquiries into bookings Supporting the team with diaries, staff hours and admin Managing stock, retail displays and clinic presentation Ensuring the clinic is clean, calm and beautifully maintained Assisting with social media, promotions and client communication Supporting daily clinic operations to keep everything running smoothly

Who We're Looking For

You are someone who is warm, polished, proactive and commercially minded -- you love connecting with people and feel confident guiding them towards the right treatments for their needs.

You will ideally have:

Experience in a

5-star spa, clinic or salon

environment Strong communication and sales confidence Experience with

social media and digital communication

Excellent organisation and attention to detail A self-motivated, positive attitude A desire to grow with a small business and work towards targets A calm, friendly and professional manner

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From 1,300.00 per month

Expected hours: No less than 24 per week

Work Location: In person
