We're looking for a

Trenchless Site Manager

to join our dynamic and growing team. In this role, you'll take the reins on a variety of trenchless projects-including

Proactive Parcels, Reactive Schemes, and Infiltration Reduction Schemes

-ensuring they run smoothly, safely, and on schedule.

More about the role:

Lead Site Operations

: Manage trenchless/CIPP projects from the ground up-pipe bursting, slip lining, and more.

Champion Safety & Compliance

: Ensure all activities meet UK specifications, approvals, and health & safety standards.

Collaborate & Communicate

: Liaise effectively with stakeholders, planners, and programme teams to deliver seamless project execution.

Problem Solve on the Ground

: Develop compliant, innovative solutions and oversee independent material testing to ensure quality.

CDM & Site Leadership

: Support the creation of Construction Phase Plans and mentor site gangers with tools, training, and leadership.

About you:

Proven Experience in trenchless construction, especially in pipe bursting and slip lining. Deep knowledge of UK regulations, CDM obligations, and safety compliance. Strong leadership and communication skills-you'll be a trusted point of contact onsite. A proactive mindset with a solution driven approach to engineering challenges. Willingness to travel to various sites across the UK. Full clean UK driving licence. Right to work in the UK is essential.
