Salary range: 40,182 - 42,060 p.a. pro rata inc. London weighting


Contract: Permanent


Hours of work: 14.4 hours, 2 (days) per week


Location: Granville Family Wellbeing Centre and other locations from time to time

The Post

We are looking for a dynamic person with good knowledge of working the children and families to join the Triage Service within the Family Wellbeing Centres across Brent.


The successful post holder will work in partnership with children and families who require support in building resilience to engage with services such as: Housing, Education, Home Office, DWP, local charities and other internal and external agencies.

The Person

To be the first point of contact for families and young people accessing support Ability to identify support needs of family and young people using screening tool to identify needs and provide individualised support Provide and advise and guidance as well as ability to signpost to a variety of internal external partners Ability to communicate and engage families and young people
