Job Overview - Concrete Mixer Driver

We are seeking dependable and safety-focused Concrete Mixer Drivers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a concrete mixer truck to deliver ready-mix concrete to various job sites. This position is key to ensuring our projects run smoothly, with timely and accurate deliveries.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a concrete mixer truck to transport and deliver concrete to customer sites. Inspect, clean, and maintain the truck and mixer to ensure proper working condition. Load and unload concrete according to proper safety and quality standards. Communicate effectively with dispatchers, plant operators, and job site crews. Follow all DOT regulations, traffic laws, and company safety procedures. Perform basic record-keeping, including delivery tickets and driver logs. Provide excellent customer service on the job site.
What We're Looking For

Valid C2 License Clean driving record and commitment to safety. Previous experience with mixer trucks or heavy equipment preferred, but training may be provided for the right candidate. Ability to work in outdoor environments and handle physical tasks (climbing ladders, lifting hoses, etc.). Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic. Flexibility with scheduling - early mornings, overtime, and occasional weekends as needed.
