Lothian DAF are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to oversee their sales team.
We're looking for someone with a proven record in sales management within the commercial vehicle sector, combined with strong leadership skills. You'll be instrumental in guiding our team to hit ambitious sales volume and financial targets.
Responsibilities include:
Managing departmental performance, profit & loss and daily operations.
Motivating and developing your sales team to consistently exceed all sales objectives.
Driving significant business growth and expanding our customer base.
Overseeing key accounts and to foster long term loyalty.
Ensuring adherence to all internal and external policies and procedures.
What we are looking for:
Previous experience in a similar sales management role.
Excellent commercial awareness and financial acumen.
Sound commercial vehicle knowledge (DAF experience is a bonus).
Exceptional leadership abilities.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
A passion for delivering outstanding customer service that keeps customers coming back
Pay OTE 60,000 per annum
