We have a fantastic opportunity for a Trust Administrator/Paralegal to join our well-respected Private Client team.




Our award-winning Private Client & Charity group is one of the largest in the Northwest. The team was awarded the 'Private Client Award' at the 2017 & 2019 Liverpool Law Society Legal Awards. The team has a Tier 1 ranking in the Legal 500 and Chambers Private Wealth Law.


The team work with a wide range of High-Net-Worth individuals, families, business owners, elderly clients and Landed estates dealing with complex private client matters including wills and probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney, trusts, Capital Gains tax and estate planning. The team are the go-to trusted advisor for clients and contacts alike.

About the role




Due to the continued growth of the team, we are looking to recruit a Trust Administrator/ Paralegal to work closely with our Trust Manager on the day-to-day management of a complex portfolio of trusts. This role would suit a candidate who has prior experience in trust administration however we would consider applications from legal administrators or paralegals who have an interest developing a career in trust administration as full training and support will be provided.

What we are looking for



Experience of trust administration, with technical knowledge of trust law and tax implications would be advantageous but not essential Experience of working within a private client team or a professional services environment Excellent attention to detail Strong interpersonal and organisational skills and have a client focused approach.
