Hampton Hills are pleased to be supporting a respected regional law firm with the recruitment of a Trust & Tax Lawyer or Tax Advisor to join their successful Trust and Tax team based in Dorchester.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Newly Qualified to 4+ years PQE Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, or part/fully qualified Tax Advisor to build their career within a leading private client team, with exposure to high-quality work and a supportive environment.

The Role

You will be working within the largest department in the firm, delivering a high level of service to a broad client base. This role focuses on the preparation and submission of self-assessment tax returns, trust administration, and wider private client tax matters.

You'll be expected to manage your own caseload, liaising directly with clients, preparing tax returns and trust documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Preparing and submitting individual self-assessment tax returns Advising on income tax, capital gains tax, and applicable tax reliefs Managing the administration of trusts, including compliance and reporting Working directly with clients to gather and review necessary information Ensuring the highest level of accuracy and professionalism in all documentation

Candidate Profile

? Solicitor (NQ - 4+ years PQE), Chartered Legal Executive, or part/fully qualified Tax Advisor
? Solid knowledge of personal tax and trust law
? Previous experience in trust administration and tax return preparation
? Organised, detail-focused, and confident managing a busy client-facing caseload
? Looking to develop your career within a respected, well-established team
