We're looking for a talented and enthusiastic Trust Communications and Social Media Officer to join our dedicated central team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about making a difference, as you'll be instrumental in shaping our online presence and engaging with our stakeholders, while also utilising innovative AI tools to enhance our reach and impact.

In this varied role, you'll be responsible for providing support with the creation of trust materials including development of recruitment materials such as job fair brochures and updating social media content. You will also support our central colleagues with professionalising / enhancing existing documents and communication materials for use with internal and external audiences.

What skills / experience are required



We're looking for knowledge or experience in the design and development of digital media and social media content. Knowledge or experience in marketing, communications or a related field is essential as is an interest in and understanding of how AI can be used to enhance communication and social media efforts. You will be creative and have a passion for developing engaging content and will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.

Experience with CANVA, Mailchimp or equivalent and experience working with website Content Management Systems is a plus. A relevant communications or marketing qualification is not essential but is desirable.
