Trust Manager/Accountant

Our well-established client is seeking a qualified Trust Manager/Accountant, based at their Worthing office.
Roles and Responsibilities:
You will advise a range of clients specialising in trust advice and administration and including:
xc2xb7 Tax planning advice regarding all aspects of trusts.
xc2xb7 inheritance tax calculations
xc2xb7 Completion of trustees annual tax returns, delivery to HM Revenue and Customs and arranging payments
xc2xb7 of tax by statutory deadlines
xc2xb7 FATCA/CRS/Trust Register reporting
xc2xb7 Support to the wider private client team whose work involves will drafting, estate planning, complex tax planning, trusts and estate administration, preparation of lasting powers of attorney, and administration on behalf of a range of private clients.
xc2xb7 Corresponding effectively with trustees and beneficiaries regarding distributions of income and capital.
xc2xb7 Liaising with investment managers concerning performance, valuations, statements, and advice.
xc2xb7 Helping to devise xe2x80x98family office services administrative matters and collation of information for report preparation.
You will be an experienced Trust Accountant or Manager with previous experience within a comparable role in a law or accountancy firm.
Requirements for the role:
xc2xb7 Minimum of 3 A xe2x80x98Levels
xc2xb7 Good Academics
xc2xb7 Good numeracy and IT skills
xc2xb7 Solid previous experience of preparing sets of trust accounts.
xc2xb7 STEP, CIOT or AAT qualification.
xc2xb7 LEAP knowledge
xc2xb7 IRIS
xc2xb7 Excellent written, clear, and concise English
xc2xb7 Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
xc2xb7 Ability to work productively under pressure and meet deadlines.
