Main Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with governing documents, charity law, and other legal and regulatory requirements. Promote transparency, accountability, and ethical practice. Contribute to setting the charity's strategic direction and monitor progress against its aims. Safeguard the charity's financial health by scrutinising financial plans, budgets, reports and risks. Provide financial leadership to the Board, including guiding the Board in understanding the charity's financial position and supporting the development of the charity's financial strategy.
