Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Tube Winder Machine Lead Operator to oversee operations on our cardboard tube winding machines. This is a hands on leadership role, ideal for someone with strong technical knowledge of tube winding machinery and a passion for team coordination and production excellence.

As a Tube Winder Machine Leader Operator you will play a crucial role in the production of our high-quality hygiene products. Your responsibilities will include:

Operate and oversee the performance of tube winding machines Lead and coordinate a team of machine operators and support staff Review daily production runs and ensure timely completion of targets Order and manage materials and supplies for uninterrupted workflow Monitor product quality and implement corrective actions when needed Train new team members and support ongoing skills development Liaise with maintenance and engineering teams to resolve technical issues Maintain accurate production records and report to management

Requirements:

Proven experience operating Tube winding machinery Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment Strong organisational and scheduling skills Ability to manage materials and inventory effectively Excellent communication and team coordination abilities Commitment to health, safety, and quality standards

Working Hours:

Must be flexible, day shift Monday - Friday

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 15.77-17.50 per hour
