Diagnose and resolve electrical faults, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventative strategies

Ensure full compliance with UK safety codes and electrical regulations in a nuclear-regulated environment

Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, including mechanical and hydraulic engineers, to optimise TBM performance

Provide input into construction planning, scheduling, cost estimating, and contractor oversight

Skills & Experience You'll Need:

A degree in Electrical Engineering (essential)

Hands-on experience with PLC programming , automation, and control systems

Strong knowledge of TBM electrical systems and tunnel power distribution (including HV/LV cabling, transformers, control panels, etc.)

Skilled in diagnosing and troubleshooting complex electrical faults

Familiar with CDM 2015 and safety-critical standards in infrastructure projects

Proficient in tools such as AutoCAD and control system design platforms

Comfortable managing interfaces with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal delivery teams
