Your duties and responsibilities include, but are not restricted to the following areas of business.
Outbound Calls to Turkish restaurants/Takeaways for a schedule for their weekly orders
Monitor emails system to ensure that customer orders are picked up and processed on our Software
Build strong relationships with customers who use the out of hours service suh as email and ecommerce, providing an excellent customer service experience at every opportunity, through timely responsiveness, courteousness, and proactive problem solving
Call Lapsed Customers and reach out to new and potential customers.
Complaints management, ensure that any customer complaints are responded to in a timely manner and corrective actions are taken to minimize disruption/ impact. Review the issue raised and identify solutions to mitigate reoccurrence.
Calling Customers for payments
Answering incoming calls
Filing of paperwork
Any other additional tasks or administrative duties, as and when a request by management
Maintain high standards of Health & Safety, hygiene, and security in the workplace at all times
