We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Registered Manager for a 3-6 month contract, ideally with turnaround and troubleshooting experience. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact by leading improvement initiatives and stabilising services to achieve excellence in quality and compliance.




Key Duties:




Provide strong leadership and direction to ensure high standards of care and compliance. Undertake troubleshooting and service turnaround activities, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions. Formulate comprehensive support plans. Write residential core assessments, pathway plans, and other professional reports as required. Directly engage with individuals and their families, conducting family support work to assess risks, strengths, and the viability of community living. Oversee day-to-day management of projects, policies, procedures, finance, and administration. Manage and work within set budgets. Maintain accurate manual and electronic records and databases.





Candidate Requirements:




Clear enhanced DBS record. Proven experience in service turnaround or troubleshooting within health and social care settings. Experience in Social Services and Local Authorities. Health & Social Care degree and/or management qualification within the healthcare sector (or equivalent). Sound knowledge and understanding of CQC standards and current legislation. Excellent presentation and communication skills. Full UK Driving Licence (desirable). Minimum of two years' experience in a similar role.
