Job Description

We are looking for a tutor for our adult learning programme from September 2025, or from January 2025

We are looking for tutor to offer courses detailed below in a range of subjects. Our programme encompasses everything from languages, Art, Yoga, Fitness and dancing. To more unusual classes like crafts, holistic and esoteric subjects, etc. If you would like to teach and think others would like to learn it we want to hear about it!

10-12 session full courses

Short Courses 2-5 sessions

half day workshops

Our programme runs for 3 terms per year Sept-Dec, Jan-March and April to late June/early July. with options to run short Summer mini courses

We have a minimum number of around 6 students required to run a class and will only go ahead with a class if it is financially viable.

We have minimal paperwork, we don't require student assessments etc. We ask for a weekly course/session plan and you to complete a register which is handed back at the end of term

Tutors must be experienced in teaching/delivering a course for adult learners in a community setting

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 21.00-25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 4.5 per week
