Tutor/ Applied Behaviour Analysis ( Aba) Tutor / Sen Teaching Assistant
Job Description
Looking for a fun and energetic tutor to join a well established Applied Behaviour Analysis Programme working with my 16 year old son. He has Autism and has delayed verbal communication but currently very few behaviours. You would be working 1:1 with him to systematically teach life skills like Shopping, swimming, gym, community trips and academic skills like Numeracy and English. He is currently working at KS2.
The programme is very well supported with 2 weekly consultant workshops (Tuesday mornings) and sessions last 7 hours a day. Days and times are flexible but ideally Monday and Tuesday. You would be joining a team with 2 other tutors with scheduled overlaps so you get to know each other.
FULL TRAINING PROVIDED. EXPERIENCE WITH CHILDREN +/- SEN PREFERRED.
