Job Description

We are looking for tutors to teach GCSE and A-level Maths, Science or English for in centre, face to face tuition in Aylesbury over the weekend.

Duties:
- Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions to students in various subjects.
- Assess students' strengths and weaknesses to tailor tutoring sessions accordingly.
- Assist with homework assignments and reinforce concepts taught in the classroom.
- Use effective teaching strategies to engage students and promote a positive learning environment.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents or guardians.
- Collaborate with teachers and other educational professionals to support student success.
- Maintain accurate records of tutoring sessions and student progress.

Experience:
- Previous experience working with students or children, preferred not essential as training will be provided.
- Familiarity with classroom management strategies and behavior management techniques.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the unique learning styles of each student.
- Excellent subject knowledge.
