North & East London (Based in Enfield)

Pay Rate:

30- 35 per hour (depending on qualifications)

Outreach Tutors

to provide

one-to-one, face-to-face tuition

for young people (ages 4-25) with additional needs or young people who are currently not attending school due to a variety of needs.

We're Looking For educators who are:



Qualified Teachers (QTS preferred, but not essential)

Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training

Evidence of working in SEN

- Autism, ADHD, SEMH, or complex needs

Skills Required



Patience & Adaptability

- Able to engage and motivate students

Organised & Professional

- Excellent communication and leadership skill

Creative Thinkers

- Able to tailor lessons to individual student needs

What You'll Do:



Provide personalised tuition to students who are currently not on a school roll or who are non-attenders or who have specific needs.
Travel between students' locations (own transport is beneficial)

You must also either be on the DBS Update Service or willing to apply for a new DBS.
