Your Role in Practice: A Typical Week at Think Employment
You will spend the majority of your week supporting your team of Tutors remotely, conducting monthly one-to-one meetings and regular caseload reviews.
You will analyse data on learner retention, progression, and satisfaction, identify trends, and implement solutions.
A handful of times per month, you will travel to our Grimsby office for face-to-face team meetings, provider meetings, and collaborative planning sessions with the leadership team.
You will be the first point of contact for Tutor queries, providing timely guidance and support.
You will monitor marking activities through our tracking systems and online platforms, making caseload adjustments to meet evolving business needs.
Each week, you will report to the Head of Operations on both individual Tutor performance and team-wide learner outcomes, celebrating successes and proactively addressing challenges.
Your Tutors are based across multiple areas of the country, so you will manage a distributed team with confidence, ensuring consistency and equity across all programmes.
