Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Tutor Manager to oversee the recruitment, training, and professional development of our tutoring team. The Tutor Manager will ensure that our tutors are well-prepared, motivated, and supported to deliver engaging and effective lessons.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the hiring and onboarding process for new tutors, ensuring alignment with our values and teaching standards.
Design and deliver training programs to equip tutors with subject knowledge, teaching strategies, and classroom management skills.
Provide ongoing professional development, coaching, and feedback to tutors to maintain consistent quality and encourage growth.
Monitor tutor performance and implement systems to uphold excellence across all programs.
Collaborate with curriculum leads to ensure tutors are prepared to deliver high-quality lessons.
Foster a positive, supportive culture within the tutoring team, balancing accountability with encouragement.
What We're Looking For:
Experience in education, tutoring, or teacher training.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
A passion for education and a commitment to maintaining high standards of teaching and learning.
Organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Previous experience in recruitment, training, or professional development is desirable.
