Outreach Tutor - Post-16 Alternative Provision - Headington and surrounding areas

Term-Time Only | Full or Part Time | Travel Required (within 20 miles)

The Dare2Dream Foundation is looking for confident, compassionate individuals to support Post-16 learners with SEN and SEMH needs outside the classroom--in homes, community venues, and online.

What You'll Do:

Deliver 1:1 or small group sessions tailored to individual needs Teach core skills, vocational training, and life skills Build trust, encourage progress, and support wellbeing Work closely with families and professionals

About You:

Experienced in SEN/SEMH support Confident working independently in outreach settings Minimum Level 3 qualification Full UK driving licence essential

This is a term time position (full or part time) within the hours of 9.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday.

Salary - 28,000 - 34,000 FTE
