Overview

We are seeking dedicated and passionate Tutors to join our new educational team at First Learners Tuition.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with children, particularly in a tutoring or special education setting. This role is essential in providing tailored educational support to help students achieve their academic goals. The Tutor will be responsible for creating engaging learning experiences that cater to the individual needs of each student.

Duties

Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions to students in various subjects. Assess students' learning styles and adapt teaching methods accordingly. Develop customised lesson plans that align with the curriculum and address specific learning objectives. Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment to boost students' confidence and motivation. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and educators regarding progress and areas for improvement. Monitor and evaluate student performance, providing constructive feedback to promote growth. Stay updated on educational best practices and incorporate innovative teaching strategies.

Qualifications

Proven experience working with children in an educational setting, preferably as a tutor or in special education. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and effectively. A genuine passion for educating and inspiring students to reach their full potential. Patience, empathy, and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of learners. Relevant qualifications in education or a related field. Degree Level. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 25.00-35.00 per hour
