The National Learning Group are the UK's largest one-to-one tuition business, specialising in support from Reception to A'level and beyond, in a range of subjects. We have a team of qualified, specialist tutors looking after students all over the UK, and are now looking to expand the team by welcoming a new Tutor Team Manager to the business as part of our exciting growth plan.
The Role:
You will manage, motivate, and develop a team of qualified tutors to continuously improve and increase their capability to deliver against their commitment to support and educate our students.

Ensure customer service standards are understood and observed by all Tutors (e.g. through observations and coaching) so that all students are provided with the same high standard of service that they have come to expect from us.
Ensure Tutors maintain records and complete admin to ensure the customer journey is documented in accordance with our quality standards, and receive reports on time and in an accurate manner.
Ensure appropriate digital technologies and software are being utilised by the team, and give support where needed.
Watch back, and give feedback on tutor lessons, ensuring that internal standards are met.
Assist with the interview process of potential new tutors.
Allocate new students to the correct tutors, and manage the customer journey for new starters.
Carry out any other ad hoc duties in line with student support requirements.

About you...
You will be motivated, organised, adaptable and able to work with integrity and respect for others.
Experience, Knowledge and Qualifications
Knowledge and experience of teaching, and the learning process.
Experience of online educational software.
Experience of leading and developing a team.
Ability to build rapport, engage and coach individuals to be the best they can be.
Teaching qualification and valid DBS preferred.
