We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Tutor to join our educational team. Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one tutoring sessions in various subjects, adapting teaching methods to suit each student's learning style. Develop personalised lesson plans that align with the curriculum and cater to the specific needs of each student. Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and encouragement. Create a positive and supportive learning environment that fosters confidence and motivation. Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding student progress and any areas for improvement. Collaborate with other educators and specialists, particularly when working with students requiring special education support. Stay updated on best practices in education and tutoring techniques to continuously improve instructional methods.

Experience

Previous experience in tutoring or teaching is highly desirable, particularly in subjects relevant to the students being supported. Familiarity with special education practices is an advantage, enabling effective support for diverse learners. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to educate and communicate clearly with children of varying ages and backgrounds. A genuine passion for helping students succeed academically and personally, demonstrating patience and understanding in all interactions.
