The Roles Early Years Tutor/Assessor
Support apprentices who are training to become the backbone of classrooms. You'll deliver engaging sessions and provide personalised guidance that helps learners develop the skills, confidence, and competence they need to excel in school-based roles.
Early Years Educator Tutor/Assessor
Help shape the future of early years education. You'll teach, assess, and inspire apprentices as they gain practical experience, knowledge, and understanding--preparing them to deliver outstanding care and education in early years settings and to succeed at End Point Assessment.
About You
We're looking for professionals who are enthusiastic about education and skilled at bringing learning to life. You'll have:
Relevant
industry qualifications
and at least
3 years' experience
in a related role
A
teaching qualification
(or willingness to work towards one)
A
TAQA/Assessor qualification
(or willingness to achieve)
Excellent communication and delivery skills, both
online and in person
Confidence using
E-portfolios
and monitoring learner progress
A positive, supportive approach to coaching and mentoring learners
