Brighter Horizons Training & Development is looking to recruit to their Adult Social Care Assessing Team.
Only those that hold an assessor qualification, Adult Social Care qualifications and have experience within the sector should apply.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and guiding a case load of apprentices located across Sussex, Surrey and Hampshire, through an identified apprenticeship qualification, as well as preparing learners for End Point Assessment. They will further work with colleagues in developing the company's apprenticeship programme and will be responsible for its delivery and implementation/administering of all assessment and quality assurance procedures.
To succeed in this role, the successful candidate will need to deliver to a very high standard whilst maintaining retention levels as well as ensuring achievement rates are at, or above national averages and that learner progression is robustly monitored.
All team members are required to support their wider team colleagues, and this may involve collaborative learner assessment and observation where tutors are based in different areas from their learners.
Whilst some of the aspects of this role can be met remotely, the successful candidate will need to be able to travel to apprentice's workplace to carry out observations.
Our Head Office is located in Billingshurst, West Sussex and occasional attendance at the office will also be requested for meetings.
