We are seeking passionate and dedicated Music Tutors (guitar, bass guitar, drums and vocals) to join our vibrant educational team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in music education and demonstrate the ability to inspire and engage students aged between 7 - 18 years s in small groups of up to 5 mixed ability students. This role involves teaching music while fostering a love for music in a supportive learning environment. Tutors will need and enhanced DBS.
Duties
Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to the needs of students.
Teach music ( either guitar, bass, drums or vocals in group setting.
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to promote improvement.
Create a positive classroom atmosphere
Maintain clear communication with parents regarding student progress and any concerns.
Adapt teaching methods to accommodate students with special educational needs.
Experience
Proven experience in teaching or tutoring music, preferably in an educational setting.
Familiarity with working with children of various age groups is essential.
Experience or training in special education is highly desirable.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
