Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and creative Apprentice to join our dynamic team. This paid position offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills in visual media, video editing, and graphic design within a collaborative environment. The successful candidate will assist in producing high-quality visual content, gaining hands-on experience with industry-standard software and equipment. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about photography, videography, and digital design looking to build their portfolio and professional expertise.

Responsibilities

Support the creation of photographic content, including organising shoots and editing images. Assist with video production tasks such as filming, editing, colour grading, and post-production using software like Adobe Premiere and Final Cut Pro. Contribute to the design and layout of projects using Adobe InDesign and Adobe Illustrator. Edit videos and visual effects employing Adobe After Effects to enhance final productions. Collaborate with team members to develop creative concepts aligned with project goals. Maintain organised archives of digital assets and project files. Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for campaigns and projects.

Qualifications

Demonstrable interest or experience in Photography, Video Editing, or Graphic Design. Proficiency or familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects). Basic understanding of Final Cut Pro or similar video editing software is advantageous. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Creative mindset with attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetics. Excellent communication skills and willingness to learn new techniques. A portfolio showcasing relevant work is desirable but not essential. This apprenticeship provides valuable industry experience in a supportive environment, fostering professional growth while contributing to exciting projects across visual media disciplines.
