and lead our 2-3s room team with warmth, care, and dedication.

About the Role:

As Room Senior, you'll be responsible for creating a safe, stimulating, and loving environment for our older toddlers. You'll lead by example, support your team, and build strong relationships with parents and carers. This is a full-time position, working

41.25 hours per week

across a flexible shift pattern.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the daily running of the room in line with EYFS and safeguarding standards Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities Provide excellent care and emotional support for our children aged 2-3 years. Supervise, mentor, and inspire a small team of practitioners Maintain accurate records and support children's individual development Foster strong, trusting relationships with families

We're Looking For:

Level 3 Qualification

in Early Years (or equivalent) A caring, positive attitude and strong leadership skills A commitment to high-quality early years education Knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and health & safety standards
